In 2004, the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti was introduced as the successor to the successful Ferrari 456. The car was named after the legendary coachbuilder Sergio Scaglietti, who designed and built the bodies for some of the most famous Ferrari models, such as the 250 GTO and the 250 Testarossa. The 612 was designed by Pininfarina as a classic Gran Turismo with 2+2 seats and was given a very elegant aluminium body.
The car is powered by a 5.7 litre V12 front mid-engine producing 540 hp / 397 kw, giving the car impressive performance: 315 km/h top speed and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds.
The car I am offering here was delivered as one of the first Ferrari 612s to a well known Austrian industrialist resident in Monaco via the Viennese importer Denzel. He also has a nice Ferrari collection and was therefore able to get such an early car. It was ordered with the optional semi-automatic F1 gearbox.
The car was serviced a total of 5 times in Austria at Ferrari Denzel until 2011, before the car was sold to Germany and also serviced 5 more times here.
Here is the maintenance history in detail:
02.08.2006 7.807 km Ferrari Denzel, Vienna, Austria
17.04.2008 8.532 km Ferrari Denzel, Vienna, Austria
16.06.2009 9.293 km Ferrari Denzel, Vienna, Austria
09/20/2010 13.682 Ferrari Denzel, Vienna, Austria
04/29/2011 17,367 Ferrari Denzel, Vienna, Austria
02/03/2012 19.106 Tamsen, Bremen incl. timing belt change
05/13/2013 23.542 km, Wamsen, Bremen
25.03.2015 25.875 km, Sportwagenservice Ingo Laging, Hude
28.12.2016 27.380 km, Sportwagenservice Ingo Laging, Hude
20.12.2022 29.991 km, Mobilium GmbH, Borgholzhausen incl. change of timing belt, tensioning pulley and V-belt
During the last service, the soft paint on various switches, which tends to become sticky with age, was also reworked. This is a very time-consuming work, which is necessary after some time on all Ferraris from the 1990s and 2000s.
The car has low mileage and is very well maintained overall. The rare uni-black paint suits the car very well and harmonises well with the black interior.
Overall a very nice example in good condition, low mileage, Austrian delivery, few previous owners, good maintenance history, all books and tools. Since 2014 the car is in last hand in Germany with the current owner, for whom we sell the car on behalf.
The car can be viewed at our premises in 33415 Verl by appointment at any time. A lifting platform is of course available for this purpose.
